1st nine weeks of school

The students have been working hard on their morning math drill with me each and every day.  I am proud of their effort and willingness to work through difficult problems.

We are also moving along in Civics as planned.  The students really understand how to use their ISN (Interactive Student Notebook) as a tool to their learning.  They have also mastered the objectives of Character Traits.  Students also learned the fundamental political principles of Rule of Law, Democracy, and Representative Government.  In addition, they learned all of the documents and their characteristics leading up to our United States Constitution.

I am proud of my students, and I am enjoying my time teaching them.  Thank you to parents and guardians for sending your children to school each day to learn and to have fun.

We will be taking benchmark tests the week of October 29th through November 2nd, so please make sure your children have a good nights sleep with plenty of hours of sleep, a good breakfast, and come to school every day.

If I can be of any assistance to you, please call me at 448-0175 or email me at choneycutt@ccps.us

With smiles,

Mrs. Honeycutt
